The promise
If Earwave is not for you, email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full, no questions asked.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from the address you bought with, or include your order number. You do not have to give a reason.
What happens next
We refund the full amount through the payment provider, back to the method you paid with. It usually arrives within a few business days. Your licence key stops working when the refund is processed.
Your other rights
This is in addition to your legal rights, not instead of them. If you live in the EU or UK you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases; we give you 30 days instead.
